Music In The Man Cave

The Crowd in the Man Cave!
An amazing night...at the cave!

I attended music in the Man Cave on Novemver 27th in Arlington. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with music by Bronn Journey and his wife Kathy. Over $20,000.00 was raised for the Polio Plus campaign.

A big thank you to Lee Harman, US polio chair, Ron Love and their fellow 'men of the man cave' for sponsoring this event.

Amazing entertainment!

It was my privilege to present a Paul Harris to Bronn Journey. Bronn donated his time to the event and dedicated the benefit concert in memory of his father, a 60+ year polio survivor. Bronn has dedicated 50% of tickets sold by the Man Cave poker consortium to Polio Plus in the past year. He presented a slide show of his Dad and then entertained us with beautiful music played the harp. Kathy, his wife joined in and sang several songs with her beautiful clear voice.

The room was decked out in holiday style, with Christmas lights on the boats and airplane. The tables decorated with colorful holiday cloths; roses, holly and candy made up the centerpieces. Many local food establishments donated fabulous food; cookies, mini cupcakes, and candy were plentiful. Beverages were served and all had a great evening of entertainment, fellowship, and fundraising.

Thank you to all who attended, as it was a fabulous time at the man cave!
